Inside Books Project Archive Information Sheet and Call for Submissions

Noor Z.K.

The Inside Books Project (IBP) is a books-to-prisons collective founded in 1998 in Austin, Texas. IBP receives over 2,000 requests for literature every month from people incarcerated across the state. Over the years, recipients of IBP’s free services have sent back art, poetry, writing, crafts, and other materials as thanks for the free books and as outlets of expression. The IBP Archive was founded in 2015 to preserve and share these narrative materials.

This printable form allows for the submission of works to the IBP archive. Download it here.
